Green Field

Green Field is a residential development by Samana in Dubai International City (Al Warsan), combining contemporary architecture with greenery and flexible living spaces. The project features convertible residences that can shift from one-bedroom to two-bedroom, and from two-bedroom to three-bedroom homes as needs change. Handover is scheduled for 2029.

The design favors comfort and simplicity throughout, offering a quieter setting away from the pace of the city center. Green Field remains connected to Dubai's major destinations, keeping residents within easy reach of the wider city.
