Fahid Beach Residences

Fahid Beach Residences is a waterfront development by ALDAR in Abu Dhabi, offering one to four-bedroom apartments, one and two-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom penthouses. Designed by architect Koichi Takada, the homes are arranged around natural light, open layouts and views toward the water.

Amenities include infinity pools, children's pools and splash pads, jacuzzis, gymnasiums, outdoor fitness areas, squash courts, steam rooms, saunas and cinema rooms. Residents also have co-working lounges, social kitchens, landscaped podium gardens, children's play areas, concierge services and a pet spa.
