Cape Hayat

Cape Hayat is a residential development by RAK Properties on the Hayat Islands in Ras Al Khaimah, set beside the ocean, a canal and the surrounding mangroves. The collection ranges from studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments up to four-bedroom penthouses, with this four-bedroom home measuring around 6,735 square feet. Each residence is designed with an open layout so that living spaces open onto water or mangrove views. Handover is planned for September 2026.

The design incorporates eco-conscious features such as locally sourced materials, energy-efficient lighting and water management systems, along with EV charging stations and full-height windows for natural light. These choices are carried through the interiors as well as the shared areas of the development. Cape Hayat sits within the wider Hayat Islands community in Ras Al Khaimah, framed by water on several sides.
